Or perhaps you want to showcase your favourite figurines and a few pot plants? Its tall and wide statue offers ample space and the 5 shelves are deep, so they fit plenty on. Friendly on the pocket, it's a cinch to assemble too. Maine is a smart choice all round. Storage sorted.

Generously sized sturdy bookcase
I bought this online and picked up in store, it was packed in 2 manageable size packs and the staff were helpful. The bookcase was easy to put together only needing basic tools. It is sturdy and stable but for safety tethers are included in the pack. The shelves are generous in depth. Flat pack has improved over the years in my experience and the finish on this seems good. I'm using it for a variety of storage included books, boardgames and ornaments.

Great bookcase for the money. Very easy to assemble but Argos let us down by only giving us 1 box of parts when there should have been 2 so we had to return to the store. Argos had marked our order as collected but only given us 50 percent of it! No apology for the inconvenience caused. Very poor customer service.

Great value and easy to build
Good quality for the price. Not as deep as i thought so i’m glad i went for the deep option. Good instructions and easy to build. I usually cut out a little at the back to fit snug to the wall over the skirting boards but the lowest shelf etc was too low so kept the unit complete and cut the boards.

The supplier has confirmed. The Argos Home Maine Deep Bookcase - White is made from particleboard with a wood effect finish and is not designed for high-humidity environments like bathrooms, so using it there could cause warping or damage over time.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Argos Home Maine Deep Bookcase - White: The front panel is used to support base panel. If the legs are fixed directly under the base panel, then it will be fine to proceed this way.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Argos Home Maine Deep Bookcase - Oak Effect: The material is particle board laminated with wood effect paper foil.
The unit includes 1 fixed shelf in the middle. The upper section has a height of 77.2cm with 2 adjustable shelves, while the lower section has a height 91.3cm with 2 adjustable shelves.
In addition, please note that the bookshelf cannot be customized.

I can advise the following for the Argos Home Maine Deep Bookcase - Walnut:
They will stick off the shelf as the total depth is 29cm which is the same depth as the folders. With where the back panel is positioned it would cause it to over hand slightly.
You can adjust the shelves so you will be able support the height.
