Got them a while back, maybe a couple months ago now. They're absolutely great! Whilst you feel them and their weight, they don't cause problems for ordinary use such as walking if you're wearing them about your ankles. The velcro is good quality so when I try for rapid movement drills they don't come off. They're convenient
