Surpringly comfortable!
These 2kg ones are surprisingly comfortable even after a 20 minute walk. I have also started to wrist wear them but i do prefer them on my ankles as you can get on with most tasks without really noticing you still have them on.

Bought these for my daughter. The weights are far too big and keep falling off as the velcro straps don't seem strong enough.

I bought these to make going out on runs more challenging and so far they have done that, I wear these on my ankles and they’re very comfortable in the middle and end of my run and I can’t fault these. Highly recommend.

Opti Wrist and Ankle Weights - 2 x 2kg:
Wrap the weight around your wrist or ankle so it sits just above the joint (above the wrist bone or ankle bone). Fasten the Velcro straps securely so the weight feels snug but does not restrict circulation. Check that it doesn’t slide or pinch by moving your arm or leg gently. For comfort, wear socks or sleeves under ankle weights. Start with short sessions and light movements to get used to the added resistance.
