The Scoville Performance 28cm Frying Pan is a really versatile piece for any kitchen, large enough for several juicy steaks or throwing together some tasty pasta. Thanks to the new construction it also retains heat and saves energy. It's flake, peel and 100% PFOA free and features the Neverstick+ 6x stronger technology. The frying pan is made from thick gauge forged aluminium with a stainless steel base for heat distribution and an oven safe stainless steel handle.

Can't really fault this pan for the price. The non-stick element seems to work well for now and the pan itself is very sturdy. As with all these pans, I would take the non-stick guarantee with a pinch of salt. Anecdotal evidence seems to point to a standard "you used it on too high a heat" response to any claims but I will give it the benefit of the doubt. Difficult to beat for value, hence the 5 stars.

I’m really impressed with the Scoville Neverstick Plus Performance 28cm frying pan. It’s become the pan I reach for every day. Nothing sticks to it at all — eggs, fish, veggies, everything just slides off, and I barely need to use any oil. It heats up evenly, feels sturdy without being heavy, and it’s so easy to clean afterwards.

The handle gets mega hot, too hot to handle. Only used it once and very disappointed.
