This resistance band is not particularly 'resistant'. Think I should have gone for something a bit heavier. I shall persevere for the time being but shall undoubtedly upgrade at some point

Home physio help
This resistance band was bought for an elderly neighbour whose course of physio was coming to an end and they had to continue to exercise at home.
