Better quality control needed
This was quite an expensive frame and seemed good quality but although packaged very well one corner was damaged. One corner was badly finished off and didn’t meet - we wanted to finish our room off so my husband had to fix it - he had to remove the staple and glue it together. They need better quality control. Otherwise it looks good.

Very weird hooks
The clips at the back are the kind you normally swivel around to open the frame, but unless you take them off there is no way to open it, and once you have taken them off there is no way to put them back

Sizing issue
I bought with the intent to frame jigsaw, claiming it would fit a 28 x 20 frame however the frame is 28 x 20 but the inside fits a 27.5 approx so it was a little too small and had to be returned. Great customer service though returned the same day

After contacting our suppliers they have advised for the Habitat Dark Birch Black Wooden Picture Frame - 20x28".
The frame weighs 3,5 kg and we usually advise to use regular nails or hooks, and not adhesive strips.
