Safe way to protect, cover or use in microwave.
Good buy to protect food in microwave . I was using kitchen roll paper to cover or stand on but it actually became charred and sm elt - it can apparently catch fire!! So this is a safer option and works very well

Hi Charlotte, I cant see why not, but just a bit advice, it is not a good idea to cook food in a ready meal container as the type of plastic used could potentially leak into the food. This is based on my opinion only, but I would decant into a glass dish or a ceramic plate to be safe. Ready meal containers are not BPA free.

I was told by argos use plate cover or microwave bowl to keep steam contained, so stop condensation
