Nice clean design
Nice simple alarm clock with clear display. Not just time, but date and temperature. 12/24hr options as is for temperature C/F. However, although the display indicates if alarm is on, it does not display the time the alarm will activate. You need to remember or dip into the menu. The alarm on/off button is at the top next to the snooze button. This is unhelpful as one can easily turn the alarm off or on accidently. Better to have a switch at the back of the clock. I have dropped a star as the alarm function could have been better designed. However, it is probably easier to use ones mobile phone as an alarm. Recommended.

Yes, the Precision Radio Controlled LCD Alarm Clock does have the option to display time in a 24-hour format. To change the clock to a 24-hour clock, you need to press and hold the time button for 6 seconds, which will flash "12" on the screen, then press the up button once to change it to the 24-hour clock.

The Precision Radio Controlled LCD Alarm Clock does not remain lit throughout the night. In normal time display, you would need to press the 'snooze/light' button to turn on the backlight. The backlight will illuminate the screen for 5 seconds.

Our supplier has advised for the Precision Clock that they are designed to pick up the signal from a transmitter in Cumbria and will always re-set to UK time. You can set it manually but it will start to search for that signal again and re-set to UK time.

"You can set the time manually. Here’s how you can do it:
Press and hold the TIME SET button for about 3 seconds until the RCC (Radio Controlled Clock) indicator starts flashing.
Use the UP/DOWN buttons to turn off the RCC feature.
Press the TIME SET button again to enter the manual time setting mode.
Adjust the hour and minute using the UP/DOWN buttons.
Press the TIME SET button to confirm and exit the setting mode."
