Bought it to use as travel alarm
Bought as travel alarm. Was concerned by some reviews which said difficult to turn light on as control at back. I didn't find this to be a problem as the switch runs along the back at top of clock so easy to use.. Display easy to read too. It's not very wide so I thought it would easily fall over but that didn't happen ... Alarm is a bit difficult to work out but all in all a good little clock for the money.

Very pleased
I have replaced using my phone as my alarm with this clock. It’s great. Simple. Easy to set up. Keeps time perfectly and the alarm is loud enough to wake me but not make me jump out of my skin. Really pleased.

This is the third of these clocks I have bought. Love them. Small, easy to use and changes the time automatically each 6 months.

Good basic alarm that keeps accurate time
Simple alarm clock,I didn’t want a clock that remained lit during the night and with this clock it remains dark until you press the backlight button.Although I gave it 5 stars it has 2 small issues, it doesn’t display the alarm set time so you have to go into alarm set mode to check alarm time and secondly the alarm starts of at full ring volume, I would prefer an incremental sound level.

Yes, the Precision Radio Controlled LCD Alarm Clock does have the option to display time in a 24-hour format. To change the clock to a 24-hour clock, you need to press and hold the time button for 6 seconds, which will flash "12" on the screen, then press the up button once to change it to the 24-hour clock.

The Precision Radio Controlled LCD Alarm Clock does not remain lit throughout the night. In normal time display, you would need to press the 'snooze/light' button to turn on the backlight. The backlight will illuminate the screen for 5 seconds.

Our supplier has advised for the Precision Clock that they are designed to pick up the signal from a transmitter in Cumbria and will always re-set to UK time. You can set it manually but it will start to search for that signal again and re-set to UK time.
