Only used once so far. Overall I am pleased. It's bigger and heavier in real life than I expected but not an issue. I'm not sure whether the cd shredder will get use much. I could find no mention of card shredder on the leaflet...but it did make shredding it seem easy. It worked fast, no noiser than expected. The bin has more than adequate capacity for home use.not a single jam or over heat.

Good Quality Shtedder at a reasonable price, cuts crossways for better sercurity so cant be re-read if trying to rematch the information on the letter/bills/invoices/ bank statements. Would recommend.

I bought this product after its sister product was given a Great Value rating by Which. Have to say I am very impressed. Compared with my old branded shredder it is very fast and much quieter. The number of sheet it can cope with is great and the collection bucket is vast compared to my old model. I am really pleased with this product and would definitely recommend it.

Mine has overheated and cut out 4 times since purchase this afternoon. It is taking more than 30mins to restart. Runs about 15 mins before stopping and struggles to cut 10 A4 sheets so only feeding 5 or 6 at a time. It is very hot in the house which does not help but this will probably be returned to store tomorrow
