Quartz watches do require batteries and can be easily changed on these models.
Same as pretty much any other superbudget watch, there will be a lip on the case back or a cutout notch in the case under the cover, slip a knife edge under there and lever up, the cover will come away with the gasket with a pop for the first time removal and for the first time removal only as the cases are closed at the factory by machine. Getting it back on after changing out the battery is a trick.

After speaking with our supplier, they have advised:
The largest strap size for the brown strap watch is 200cm
The largest strap size for the black strap watch is 204cm
The largest strap size for the bracelet is 211cm
The smallest size for the brown strap watch is 153cm
The smallest size for the black strap watch is 161cm
The smallest size for the bracelet is 192cm – but this could be made smaller by removing links

yes. The metal strap is the most difficult. There are videos on youtube which give you an idea of how to do this.

I can confirm that the blue faced watch has a bracelet, so in order to reduce the size links would need to be removed.
The other two watches are straps so would need to have more holes pierced to reduce the size.
