Now named ‘Rosie Robot’b
I wasn’t sure…but now I am! She now names ‘Rosie Robot’ had her first mopping session and my floors are really clean. I’ll still need to clean the areas she can’t reach - ie under the table with chair under. She even detected that she needed to return to an area to remove something! This robot is truly a game changer! Navigation is easy to set up and she can work it out if you move something! The suction can be adjusted - and the app is clearly set up! Love this robot!

Amazing piece of equipment
This is amazing. I dont know why I waited so long. I have two dogs and wooden and tiled floors. I would vacuum every morning before work. This is going to save time. I am so pleased I made the expensive purchase.

Brilliant product
I’m so happy with my Shark 2-in-1 Vac & Mop Robot! It has genuinely freed up so much time in my day and makes keeping my floors clean completely effortless. My hard floors are left spotless and smelling lovely and fresh every time. I honestly wouldn’t want to be without it now, and I would highly recommend it!

Poor suction and mopping
Put some shake and vac down and 3 days later and 5 goes over on max power and it's still visible on the carpet. My kitchen floor is tiled and after 3 goes over with the mop, there are still a several coffee drop stains it has completely missed. Currently waiting for a replacement.

Good but single map is an issue
Does a great job downstairs, can only store 1 map, hoovering and mopping. Not best app. Upstairs it can’t cope due to lack of map. For the cost of the device the app and multi maps should be a given

Fantastic
Absolutely love this hoover, coming down stairs to freshly hoovered and mopped floors is a great feeling, we have a German shepherd who sheds a lot of hair so we used hoover a lot but with this little beauty we now don’t have to, we use the schedule to hoover and mop over night and then again when we take our dog out so it really keeps on top of things

Why didn't I do this sooner!
After many years of resisting I finally bought a Robot Vacuum & Mop - Why oh why did I not do this sooner. I am a very busy lady with limited time and this has taken away the chore of floor cleaning. After getting to grips with the set up, which didn't take too long, You Tube helps, the QR code on the box didn't. A couple of attempts with the exploring (mapping) of the rooms, a little adjustment on the app and away 'BOB' went. I have a large downstairs floor consisting of both hard and carpeted floors, many rooms, a couple of doorway ledges into the conservatory, one a bit higher than the other which BOB can sometimes get over, but when he can't he just turns around and goes through the lower one. He does a much better job than my partner as he can get under furniture (when the opening is high enough) and get into all sorts of nooks and crannies! Brilliant! So much so I've bought BOB 2 for upstairs. I tried to create a ramp for BOB 2 to access an annex section but unfortunately I think the ramp is too steep. It would be interesting to know what angle of floor these Robots can cope with. Also when will a robot that can do the dusting, washing, ironing and all the other household chores be available, I will be first in the queue and then I can retire my Partner!!

Nothing great! Waste of money!
I bought this three weeks ago after purchasing a new house with massive downstairs rooms. I can’t say I am blown away with it, it doesn’t clean and hoover the way I thought it would and I find myself having to go back round everywhere to hoover. We have hard floors in the family room and separate living room and the hoover doesn’t follow any map, it crashes into everywhere and it doesn’t detect messes. It often goes over small bits of rubbish and doesn’t suck it up properly at all. I have to go over with my main hoover to suck the bits up it’s missed and the mopping just lightly goes over the marks it doesn’t do a proper mop of the messes.
