Customers Say
The Shark UV Reveal PowerDetect Robot Vacuum & Mop impresses with strong suction, effective mopping, smart navigation, and self-cleaning base. Ideal for busy homes and pet owners, but app and multi-floor mapping need improvement.

Life saver
Amazing! We consider her part of the family now. Every day she works hard and hoovers/mops our floors to perfection. Love seeing the little robot trails on the carpet. Low maintenance..what is not to love

Lack of basic features
This model doesnt support multi floors so you cannot use spot cleaning, room cleaning features on floor other than your main floor where only one floor map is supported. Cleaning is ok but mop function is not effective. Also doesnt have anti hairwrap technology. I will be returning the vacuum.

Great vacuum and mop
Robo vacuum and mop is a game changer. It is lovely to come downstairs to a hoovered and mopped floor. I haven’t given 5 stars as sometimes there are small bits it hasn’t picked up. This is very pernickety as we genuinely would not be without it.

Highly recommended
Excellent product. Glad I finally decided to purchase it, saves so much time and the cleaning and hoovering is brilliant. Highly recommend

Now named ‘Rosie Robot’b
I wasn’t sure…but now I am! She now names ‘Rosie Robot’ had her first mopping session and my floors are really clean. I’ll still need to clean the areas she can’t reach - ie under the table with chair under. She even detected that she needed to return to an area to remove something! This robot is truly a game changer! Navigation is easy to set up and she can work it out if you move something! The suction can be adjusted - and the app is clearly set up! Love this robot!

Amazing piece of equipment
This is amazing. I dont know why I waited so long. I have two dogs and wooden and tiled floors. I would vacuum every morning before work. This is going to save time. I am so pleased I made the expensive purchase.

Brilliant product
I’m so happy with my Shark 2-in-1 Vac & Mop Robot! It has genuinely freed up so much time in my day and makes keeping my floors clean completely effortless. My hard floors are left spotless and smelling lovely and fresh every time. I honestly wouldn’t want to be without it now, and I would highly recommend it!

Poor suction and mopping
Put some shake and vac down and 3 days later and 5 goes over on max power and it's still visible on the carpet. My kitchen floor is tiled and after 3 goes over with the mop, there are still a several coffee drop stains it has completely missed. Currently waiting for a replacement.

Amazing
This is my second robot vac, but my first vac & mop and I am impressed at how efficient and precise the robot is.
