Nice watch but no idea what have the features are - there are very lite instruction in the box and it should not be my responsibility to have to log onto a website to find out more

Won't connect to phone
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So i wanted to love this watch but I dont. One i cannot get it to connect to my phone/app at all, I did try and upload a photo of all the trouble shooting I tried but it wouldnt allow me. I tried through app like it said and tried through my own Bluetooth, cannot find a setting on watch for Bluetooth so I take it it should be on all the time. Its very strange. So ive been wearing a watch at the wrong time and I also cant keep track of sleep, heart rate, steps, etc. Although, it doesnt seem to read my heart rate anyway. I wore my own smart watch with it and the steps seem to be way off. I took 7 steps from my sofa to the bathroom and it recorded it as 21. I do like the look of the watch and strap, looks much more expensive than it is, and the battery life is amazing. Its been on now for a week and not even on 70%. If I could ever get it connect to app I would give it more stars but all trouble shooting on app doesnt work and ive been on YouTube, Google and it still doesnt work. Which is ashame as it would prob be a good watch if you wanted something on a budget.

Well featured value smart watch
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of the box the Reflex Active 300R feels light weight but not flimsy. The strap feels strong but with time feels like it will soften and mould more to my wrist. I initially had some difficulty connecting the Bluetooth/App and the instructions that appear on the watch don't match the capability within the app. Feels like there is a specific connection sequence that they don't tell you. The charge is a small magnetic clip, and although relatively strong I found could easily get knocked and disconnected meaning you think you have the watch charging...but you don't. Once connected settings can be set on the watch or phone. The watch screen is a good size and nice and bright with menus that echo Apple watch. There are several customisations but the available watch faces feels limited. But it is nice that you can move data slots around as you wish. The watch comes with lots of features, heart rate, blood oxygen, menstrual cycle, pedometer, calculator, exercise tracker, find your phone, and more. I've given most a try and they seem to work well. The biggest downside is the Chinese/English on instructions on the app and watch. Inconsistent spelling and incorrect words used just lowers the overall quality of the watch. All in all it's a well featured smart watch and for the price point you get a lot of features. At this stage can't comment on durability or how well the battery lasts under normal long-term use.
