Worth it for the price.
I love shark/ninja products. I bought this machine on offer so the price was reasonable. I must say the overall quality is shall we say, “A bit rattly” The quality of the one I bought roughly 5 years ago has the sound of a classic car door shutting when you use it if you know what I mean. Anyway, I will always hope the sheer quality and manufacturing excellence appears once again soon.

Brilliant cleaning
Had shark vacuums for a lot of years. Brilliant as usual. Just a shame the tools don't fit on the tool stations.

Really pleased highly recommend
I bought this last week as our 9yr old Dyson was on its last legs. Fancied a change and had heard good things about Shark vacuum cleaners. Which it’s safe to say I am thrilled with this one. Got the pet brush attachment which is brilliant at clearing the hair from all the areas my constantly moulting large dog frequents. Seems easy to keep clean and maintain this vacuum. Love the lights on the front as they show up all the dog hairs and crumbs that need picking up so I don’t miss any. Highly recommend this cleaner.

Why change things? Not changed for the better!!
This is the third Shark lift away cleaner I have had. Firstly as other reviews have said the cleaner seems more plasticky than previous cleaners. Also the wire seems to be on the wrong side if you’re right handed. Yes you can hook the wire onto the handle but that isn’t a perfect solution. The pet tool won’t fit onto the tool holder and as others have pointed out the lift away has been changed so the wand doesn’t stay onto the footplate which was great for going under furniture!! I really don’t know why all these things have been changed but they aren’t an improvement! Having said all that yes the cleaner works extremely well and picks up pet hairs and is very lightweight. I am glad I didn’t pay full price for it I would have been disappointed!!

My antihair wrap bar keeps getting clogged up
This is the 3rd per hair removal hoover with a so called anti hair wrap. It doesn't work for us with our dog. She is a long haired Bearded Collie. We specifically bought a shark after researching the best hoover for pets. The suction and manoeuvrability are spot on, no issues. I love the light that shines detecting any dirt under furniture. But im fed up of having to remove the brush roll and use scissors to cut out the dog hair after 3 or 4 uses. Please can you use long haired dogs to trial pet hair remover hoovers in the future 🙏 or better still, let us research new proto type dog hair removal hoovers 😉 #NotAllDogsAreShorthaired

Lighter easy to manouvre
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Shark has replaced a Vacuum that I have had for 30 years which now has to go.( It's quite heavy). Used the Shark and couldn't believe the hair it's picked up. Very pleased so far.
