Great vacuum but too heavy.
The Shark vacuum has great suction and cleans really well, but I’m disappointed because the handle keeps coming off when I use it. The vacuum is quite heavy, which may be causing the problem. It’s otherwise a great machine, but the handle issue is frustrating and affects my overall satisfaction with the product. That’s why I’m giving 4.

I bought the shark about a month ago, I must say does everything that was advertised. We have a white dog and combats the hair with no problems at all. We have had other models and spent a fortune. This is the best by far.
