Broken Product
I received my mixer on 1st December. Unfortunately, I discovered that the product is broken — the tilt-head does not lock in place. It seems the lock handle is damaged or not properly fitted.

Got a new KitchenAid stand mixer and I love it. I really like how solid it is and that some of its beauty is in its simplicity to use. I also love how good this gloss black machine looks in my kitchen. I have no doubt it's going to outlive me, but suspect my grandchildren too. Money well spent and I wish I'd bought one years ago.

Disappointing that the tools supplied are not stainless steel, they should be supplied as standard for such a premium and expensive mixer. some of the tools are described as dishwasher safe but not all of them - unnecessarily confusing. Speed control lever crude and confusing - do you read the setting from the front edge or rear edge?

Of course! Here's a polished English review based on your feedback: --- I recently got the KitchenAid mixer in matte black, and it looks stunning. Functionally, it’s excellent. It comes with two bowls, which is super convenient, and the silicone-edged paddle is a game changer. It scrapes the sides of the bowl as it mixes, so I no longer have to stop and do it manually. One downside is that when the motor runs at the highest speed, the sound feels a bit unstable, which makes me worry about its long-term durability. Also, the top of the base heats up quite quickly during use. Still, overall, it’s a fantastic mixer. It performs better than the lift-bowl model I used before, and I’m really happy with how it handles everyday baking tasks.

"The 175psbob has 300W. Our range of stand mixers wattage is between 275 - 500 depending on bowl size. The system within the stand mixer is a direct drive and our KA SM's are more economical to use when compared to a 1000 watt alternative stand mixer model."
