The 10M can shred 10 sheets of A4 paper per pass into 2x12mm micro cut particles for up to 10 minutes before needing 20 minutes to cool down. The 10M features a safety lock which prevents the machine from being accidentally activated. The 19-Litre pull out bin is ideal for regular shredding. The smaller micro cut particles will mean you have to empty your bin less frequently as it can hold at least 387 sheets. This shredders powerful micro-cut cutters, the 10M will not only shred your documents, but can shred staples and credit cards too.

The product is good and produces a good sized paper shreds for the security level I was looking for. However it does also produce a considerable amount of dust that can be hard to clean out of the catchment bin.

I bought this shredder to replace a 13 year old Fellowes machine that had stopped working after lubricating it with Fellowes liquid oil. This 10M shredder is slower than the previous machine as it produces micro cuts rather that short strips. The contents of the bin can leave a mess on the floor if some of the contents miss the plastic bag used to throw them away.
