The Heston Blumenthal Indoor/Outdoor Meat Thermometer allows you to get accurate temperature readings up to 5x faster than standard kitchen thermometers. With a temperature range of -45C to 200C and weather-resistant coating which allows use both in the kitchen & outdoors on the BBQ. Features a 180mm extra long probe with 1cm guide markings.

The temperature reading slow creeps up to the actual temperature. Which is useless! If you want to temper chocolate, the chocolate heats up a lot faster than the thermometer can keep up! Wouldn’t recommend it!

We have just purchased an Air Fryer, with no experience of air fryer usage we wanted to make sure our food was properly cooked and safe for us to eat . This food thermometer is brilliant, we have found that we have always overcooked our chicken breast in the past and we now sure that all our food is always cooked to correct temperature, it removes all elements of doubt.

This is a great piece of kit. I'm using it a lot for making my yoghurt.
