Opti wrist and ankle weights
I bought this a month ago for my elderly husband who broke his left limb and was hospitalised for 3 month, so his legs became very weak. The physiotherapist advised him to use these weights on his ankles whilst exercising. They are very good quality and served him well so far.

They will but may slip up your arm, you could wrap underneath to thicken up the wrist to allow them to hold better.

The Opti Wrist and Ankle Weights - 2 x 0.5kg circumference is around 19.5cm. It can only fit on the wrist or the ankle.

"The circumference for this wrist/ankle weight is around 19.5cm. It can only fit on the wrist or the ankle of the leg and cannot fit over any hiking boots."

Depends on how wide boots and legs are! Circumference approx 44 cms. However, this includes Velcro and the wider the leg, the less Velcro to secure it. Probably not secure enough for hiking and maybe not good for your joints.

"Do not wash. Spot rub surface only. Do not bleach. Do not use dryer. Line dry. Do not iron".
