Variable temperature is a great feature
I have had this model before, albeit the White one and really like the variable temperature option - useful for various drinks or filling a hot water bottle! However it is much noisier than my previous one!

Excellent kettle, boils quickly, setting the temperature is simple. One downside is the fill level indicator is behind the handle which makes it tricky to see.

the viewing are for the kettle nice and large so you can exactly see how much water you are putting in in cups and ltre. navigating thr different temp is easy and the bright numbers are good. it is easy to fill as you just have to press the centre of the lid.
