“ You can slice partially frozen meat, which works great for better cuts for softer meats, however you cannot use it on fully frozen meat. ”

The supplier has advised the following for the Magimix Food Slicer:
"It slices up to 28mm, effectively starting at zero, so I would suggest saying from 1mm. The effectiveness at just 1mm would depend on what was being sliced. For example, meats would do well, but bread at 1mm perhaps not quite so well."

The supplier has advised the following for the Magimix Food Slicer:
"The food slicer will accommodate foodstuffs e.g. bread, meats etc. up to 20cm wide and will deliver slices from 1mm up to 28mm."

The Magimix Food Slicer 11651 will be suitable to slice warm meats. It may not provide the best results if the meat has not rested enough and is still hot though.
