I bought this because we have many Scoville items in our kitchen and caravan. They are absolutely non stick even without oil, they are rigid, not bending with heat, the handles on this roaster are a brilliant idea and comfortable to hold and it is a useful size. Everything goes in a dishwasher and they are a reasonable price for the quality. I would and will in future continue to buy this range of cookware/ kitchen ware over much more expensive items as 'it does the job, and well'

Versatile nonstick roaster
Really impressed with this versatile nonstick roaster, have used for tray bakes and found it to work incredibly well. It is very durable and slightly heavier than my old roaster although not too heavy it is a fantastic quality and It does not warp. Seems to keep the food hotter for longer too, I used this to make a meal for 4 so a great capacity although not too big. So easy to clean and it says can be used in the dishwasher, although it cleans up beautifully by hand.

Brilliant Scoville Neverstick Roaster Tray
The Scoville Neverstick Roaster tray is a little heavier than the thin trays from other stores (which only last a short time before the non-stick coating comes off), but this tray holds the heat better. The food seems to cook slightly quicker because it retains the heat well and easy to hold with the side handles.

Do believe the hype!
I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from the Scoville brand - I suspected it would, like so many others, not live up to the hype. However, I was wrong! Although I’ve only used my new roaster a couple times so far, but I’m really impressed with it! You genuinely don’t need oil or fat and nothing seems to stick to it - it’s the dream!

Having checked with the supplier for you I can let you know the Neverstick coating is tough – 5x stronger than other non-sticks , however, the use of metal utensils against any non-stick coating is not advisable as this is potentially damaging. For this reason, we would not recommend cutting on the tray.”

Ive had no problems with the inside and top, the bottom the coating has scraped off ... my fault sliding it across the oven shelf. But the inside is great DONT use anything abrasive as any baked on stuff will soak off. I think its a great roaster definitely recommend.
the coating is really tough, i haven't cut anything on the tray, i remove it first. this is the best tray i've ever bought and i use it weekly. it's still like new. hope this helps.
