The Scoville Performance 30cm Frying Pan is the ideal size for making delightful and healthy meals for the whole family. Thanks to the new construction it also retains heat and saves energy. It's flake, peel and 100% PFOA free and features the Neverstick+ 6x stronger technology. The frying pan is made from thick gauge forged aluminium with a stainless steel base for heat distribution and an oven safe stainless steel handle.

Scoville - Superb Brand
This frying pan is truly non-stick without the type of coating which degrades and peels or scratches over time. Since buying this pan I have also upgraded all my old bakeware to Scoville. I bought the same pan for my adult daughter - she loves it too.

If you like burning your hands avoid... they used to have plastic covers over them but with cuts back even if there are more to buy... as for performance you may need to take a visit to a&e and get a skin graph

This will depend on the type of hob and whether the highest setting is used. Being stainless steel, some of the heat will transfer to the handle but you do get the added advantage of the Scoville Neverstick Performance 30cm Frying Pan being oven safe.

We just purchased this 30cm frying pan. According to the included Cookware Care and Use Instructions (see attached photo), it is oven friendly. Here's what is written: "This cookware is suitable for use on all hob types including induction and is suitable for conventional ovens and grills up to 260°C/500°F with the exception of microwave ovens." Luckily for us, even though we have a small oven, if we put the long handle in first and into one of the rear corners, we can fit this pan in diagonally and close the oven door. Having the second smaller handle on the pan helps with this.
Strange answer this as in the " About this product " section it says pan has "oven safe stainless steel handle". Why would you put an oven safe handle on a pan not suitable for the oven?
