RAC car tyre pump
Bought this 2 weeks ago, really easy to use, does exactly what it's supposed to do. Really like that you can turn it off after doing one tyre and move to the next tyre without unplugging it from the car

Maybe good for a unicycle
The wire from battery to the tire doesn’t even reach my back tires and I don’t have a monster truck, a Kia Sportage, how are you supposed to inflate tires using this? It’s probably good for front tires but that wasn’t my problem

Light and effective
I am happy with this inflator. It’s smaller and lighter than a foot pump. And it quickly inflate to the desired readings. I am recommending this product to my friends and family.

RAC tyre inflator
Amazed how good this is, for its size its very efficient. Inflated car tyre from 10 to 30 lbs in about 4 minutes. A bit noisy but hey.

Hello Chas,
I can advise the following on the RAC Compact Tyre Inflator:
No, this is 12volt only or a motorbike battery. This can't be used with a 3 pin plug socket.
Thanks for using Q&A.
Yes, you certainly can I dont know why Argos said no. However, a better solution is to get an extension lead with crocodile clips on one end and a cigarette socket on the other, so you can use it in either circumstance. They are easy to make or are available ready-made from numerous places.
Hi Phil,
This is not suitable for this purpose.
