A Very nice Chair.
I bought this chair about 5 months age, very pleased it has no arms on it like my old chair but fits under my desk nice and flush. Also very nice to look at chrome feet looks great, but the main thing is it is very comfortable to sit on. Very pleased i bought it.

Great product for the value...
I purchased this product a month ago and, overall, it has performed satisfactorily. I would have preferred a slightly wider backrest to provide better support for my back; as someone over 40, this is important, though it will likely be fine for a smaller teenager. Apart from that, I have no complaints—at £40 it represents good value. I use it on carpet, where the casters are not particularly effective, but they should work well on hard floors. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and would recommend it

Good, Affordable Office Chair
It's good, although I didn't appreciate that I wouldn't be able to adjust the back as much as I would have liked and it's not the most comfortable to sit on for long periods. That said these were both oversights on my part and, for the price, it's a decent item.

Uncomfortable and impossible to disassemble.
I bought this chair a few weeks ago and built it. I sat on it for a few minutes beside my desk to see how it would feel and the mesh part at the back of the chair digs into my back at each side. It’s a bit too narrow. I decided I didn’t want the chair and tried to disassemble it, but the black part that the base of the chair clips on to (with the handle to adjust height) just doesn’t come off the gas cylinder at all. No amount of pulling or twisting or anything could get it off. Same with the base. The 5 legs are all on one part, and also couldn’t come off the gas cylinder. With a bit of force, they might’ve been able to but I didn’t want to risk damaging the chair. I had to just leave it as it was and see if I could return it, because it makes sense that I should be able to return a product if it’s literally impossible to disassemble it and I no longer want it. I took the box with all parts inside to Argos, and had the other part that couldn’t be disassembled separate from the box. When I got to Argos, they told me I couldn’t return it because the original parts had to be in the box in order to return it, and I even asked if they could try dissembling it so I wouldn’t be liable for any damage done to the chair. Still no. I ended up having to leave with the chair I didn’t want that can’t be assembled. Only thing I can do now is piece it back together and list it on eBay/Gumtree… It’s a shame I couldn’t just get a refund for something not my fault.
