Purchased around Christmas time and opted for home delivery. The chair arrived on time and assembled a few days later. Assembly was easy even for me at 75 years old. The package include an allen key and no other tools were required. The chair is comfortable to sit on and gives good back support, I am very happy with this purchase and pleased that I waited a few days before ordieng to get the sale discount.
