Johnstone's Washable Matt offers a finish that is x10 tougher than standard matt emulsion. It has been developed for use in busy areas of your home, meaning everyday marks and spills can be easily wiped away, without spoiling the finish. For use on interior walls, ceilings, wood and metal. Product Features: tough & durable. Covers approx. 12m2/Ltr. Touch dry: 1-2 hours. Allow 2-4 hours between coats.

Easy paint
Delivery was the same day so that was great Great paint did my whole kitchen with a little to spare for touch ups, I painted with a brush and there are no streaks its levels out, covers great and is a very easy paint to work with, Colour is great representation of actual colour although a slight shade deeper however light is not too good in my kitchen I would recommend and am greatful for same day delivery service

The supplier has advised the following for the Johnstone's Washable Paint 2.5L - Natural Sage:
"I can only assume that “In kitchen over cooker” means the walls above and surrounding a standard cooker. In this case, if the surface is suitably prepared this product would be ideal. All preparation and application advice is offered on the rear of every tin."

The supplier has advised the following for the Johnstone's Washable Paint 2.5L - Natural Sage:
"Our washable matt paint is an emulsion and not suitable for trim or PVC surfaces. Where possible we would avoid painting PVC or composite doors. The surface would require a thorough clean and degrease before an adhesion primer is applied. Then a standard trim paint can be applied. Applying standard paint straight to PVC or composite will result in the paint peeling."

Yes, this can be used on kitchen cupboards. Primers are not always needed when repainting. If you are repainting a similar colour, you can lightly scuff sand to remove the gloss and clean the surface. Once that is completed, you can simply repaint over the existing paint coating. More than one coat may be needed for uniformity.
