Pull up bar
Needed a new bar after my last one - a straight bar that presses on either side of the door frame gave up. It's good, I like the multiple hand holds, very easy to put together, and is mostly pretty solid. In the couple of weeks I've had it I've only had it fall once - and that might be on me - I have quite thin door frames and the top is only 1.5cm max for depth for the bar to sit on, so just have to be careful not to rock,

Enables you to do pull ups,in different positions
Very happy with my purchase, I am over 13 stone and the bar holds my weight easily, so it will be fine for someone a couple of stone heavier than myself. My son is ow using it daily

Robust, easy to assemble and does its job well.
What a tool. When i bought it 1 week ago i could only do 3 pull ups. A week later I'm doing sets of 10. Its strong and the handles are well placed.

Multiple grips for different muscle groups
Just make sure it will fit with one of your door frames at home first before buying it. It does require some space. It works really well and has quite a few different ways that you can build your muscles

Hello Millie,
I can advise the following for the Pro Fitness Multi Pull Up Bar:
You do need to support the full width around the door frame, if the door is next to a wall then this won't support being used there as the brace will get in the way.
Thanks for using Q & A.
Hello Kev,

Hello Adsd,
From the information we have available, I can advise the Pro Fitness Multi Pull Up Bar is designed to fit securely in most door frames without the need for permanent installation. These bars are meant to be easily removable, so you can take them down when not in use. If the bar is left in place, it will prevent the door from closing properly due to the way it hooks onto the frame.
For safety and convenience, it's best to remove the pull-up bar after your workout.
