Cats too smart
I think this is such a good idea and it does keep other cats out, however my 1 year old cat is smart and has worked out if he knocks the feeder at an angle he can either knock it on training mode and add pet so I have to reset it often. I think they need to make a flap/cover over the buttons at the back to stop this from happening

Godsend for multicat household
It helps keeping my cats from eating from each others bowls. Shame it doesn't have an ice box below but maybe that's something to improve upon. I also bought the rear guard which is also protecting over sneaky animals (you can get it on manufacturer website). 9/10 recommend.

After a bit of training I have 4 happy cats. Stops them eating each other’s food as the all have different diets which was causing problems Once set up it is easy to use

Great solution for multicat households
We are very happy with the surefeed connected feeder. We have one cat that is a very slow eater and one that is an absolute hoover. The hoover was usually eating his food quickly and then running to the other cat’s bowl to steal her food. Thanks to surefeed we don’t have that problem anymore as the feeder only works with the slow eater cat microchip. We also bought the SureFlap Hub and getting notifications on my phone that Lily (the slow eater) has eaten her food makes me so happy :) I can leave the house feeling calm that she will have food for the day left. Would totally recommend even though it isn’t cheap but absolutely worth the peace of mind.
