Great to know what my cat is eating?
Whilst the initial investment is a pricey one the actual benefits vastly outweigh that. Being able to accurately measure out portion sizes, track how much my cat is eating and ensuring that me and my partner don't feed him twice. We now have two of these and its great at preventing the cats eating each others food, especially as our older boy was eating the kitten food and putting on a bit of weight. Would highly recommend this product.
Excellent cat bowl
The pet feeder is convenient and easy to use. It helpfully weighs the food and lets you know exactly what your cat has eaten when used with the hub
We've been eagerly waiting for the connect feeder to be launched & bought as soon as it came out. If you need/want to monitor your cats food intake, this is for you. We can track which cat is eating what , and how much & when. Our cats feeding patterns are much more complex than we realised (one has a huge midnight feast then many tiny amounts in day; the other eats huge amounts in just a few sittings). One is diabetic, so this is really helpful in getting insulin timings right.
Many thanks for your question. Cats naturally like to graze, preferring to eat 10-12 small meals throughout the day rather than two set meals twice a day. Therefore, to encourage this natural feeding behaviour, we have decided not to add a timer to the Microchip Pet Feeder Connect.
The Microchip Pet Feeder Connect enables you to control your pet’s portion size, rather than controlling the number of visits to the bowl, which is the best way to manage your pet’s diet.
