Happy with my TV so far
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly, I'd never even heard of the TCL brand before I purchased the TV. Although I've heard of a Google TV I've never felt the need to even use the app on my phone let alone buy a TV but since I've had the chance to see what all the fuss is about I'm definitely sold on the idea and I've only had my TV for just under a week due to some delivery issues. First impressions are very positive. I really like how high end the TV looks and the sleek slim looking design, which is very appealing and would fit in nicely with any decor. My only doubt is the legs/stand, they look a little odd and they were an absolute nightmare to screw on, weirdly they would only work if you had them at a slight angle which doesn't make them look aesthetically pleasing but it's not a major issue for me. Installation was very easy and it was super quick to set-up. I literally paired my Google account with the TV and all my apps were installed automatically which just left the signing in process and a few minutes later the TV was up and running. I must say the colour resolution is really good but I'm still trying to get used to the mini LED dimmable feature because it states that it automatically adjusts the brightness of the screen for optimal watching experience but to me I've found it sometimes can change the picture quality significantly where the colours look more muted than they were previously. My only criticism is that the sound quality is lacking somewhat but I think adding a soundbar would sort that problem out easily. Overall I would without doubt recommend the TCL brand to friends and family especially price wise.

Amazing screen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is great. I have an OLED in the living room but bought thos for the kitchen as the kitchen is too bright to be able to see the darker OLED. The QD-Mini LED screen offers an amazing picture quality. The colours are vibrant and the blacks do truly seem like true blacks but with the benefit of the screen being bright enough for a room with lots of spotlights and 3 large windows. The interface is also really responsive and being a Google TV integrates with my smart home really well. I love having my Google photos on the screen when it goes to the screen saver. Would definitely recommend this TV and enjoy the picture quality so much that I'm considering using it as my bedroom TV which gets much more use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well packaged product and super light (at least compared to what it was replacing) made this easy to install on my own, so a big plus there already, especially for a larger set Out of the box, it's a great looking device, and whilst I was always going to be wall mounting, the legs looked aesthetically pleasing. On the wall it looks great, and off the bat, the picture quality is amazing, and the images just pop. Lots of modern TVs in the middle of the range claim good HDR quality, but fail to deliver, but that certainly isnt the case here....super bright HDR images look great where it's installed, and it's quite crazy how bright a plain white screen is....especailly in a dark room. I watch a lot of 4K media, and it looks amazing on this set... and my source of choice for normal TV, the satellite input (a nice option), really looks great....even though its just an HD feed. Android TV (or Google TV, as it now appears to be branded) works great...and is a must for me with a very connected smart home.....and all apps run smooth and fast...my mian one being Plex which works really well and emans I can do away with my prior external set top box A great value TV that delivers far more than I expected, so I highly recommend this set for anyone looking in this price range.

Great quality for a low price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I specifically wanted this TV due to it's ability to perform in a bright sun trap of a room, where our previous TV struggled with reflections from the windows. This one does not disappoint. Even in eco mode, the brightness is strong enough to cut through the glare, whilst still looking vibrant - showing bright colours and deep blacks amazingly well. The TV is also light weight and would be no problem to fix to the wall, although we are using it's legs currently which fit easily on our stand. I like that they don't flare out drastically, something that has been an issue in the past which caused a previous TV not to fit on the stand correctly. The smart features are great, Google TV is a great operating system and is incredibly performant for something that is inbuilt. It also offers a great array of streaming services, along with a useful home page that combines information from all your logged in services. Customisation is fairly standard, although thanks to the operating system, it can sync to your Google photos and display a slideshow as a screensaver which is a nice touch, especially for a TV we use in the family room which is often left idling. Overall, this TV is fantastic value for money

One of the things I like most is the beautiful screen, which delivers a great viewing experience and makes watching films, TV shows and videos more enjoyable. I also appreciate how versatile it is when it comes to playing video files from external storage. Wonderful TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have now had the TCL 55” Premium Q LED TV for just over a week and I’m seriously impressed. The picture quality is impeccable, with rich, bright colours and amazing sharpness. The sound is really decent, and I love the fact that all of my usual apps are easily available to sign into. The user menus are intuitive and set up was fast and easy. I’m extremely pleased with this television and would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent TV cannot imagine not having bought it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My TV was in sturdy packaging where alongside the TV itself, contained all required information for setup and feature usage. When it came to setup, the stands included were very sturdy, and the TV was lightweight, making it super easy to place on an elevated surface. Once I had the TV plugged in and powered on, initial connection to the internet and other accounts like google and Disney+ was easy to navigate without having to repeat anything. I found plenty useful features available, for example I particularly liked that the most commonly used apps were easily accessible, even though they were not directly available on the remote provided. I also appreciated how easily and smoothly I could mirror my Apple devices onto the screen without any lag.The picture quality of the TV is unbelievable compared to other brands used previously, especially when shows or movies switch rapidly between light and dark scenes. Lastly, the sound quality is excellent, allowing lower volume levels to be used without compromising the clarity of voices. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with this TV and feel it offers excellent quality and performance for everyday viewing.

Never seen a picture on a TV so brilliant. When I watch any programme or film it's like being there. This TV makes my last LCD picture look like something on a 1960s CRT television. Absolutely brilliant
