I bought this a month ago, it was quite difficult to put together, the instructions weren't clear, it is however effective and there's plenty of room for lots of shoes, it looks nice too.

Fits in my cloakroom cupboard perfectly to the cm (even around the gas pipe!). At the smallest size, without using any extension it takes 12 pairs of shoes plus I can slide three more pairs underneath so I am delighted. It has replaced a box where shoes were thrown in so this keeps everything in pairs, very neat and organised. It was a doddle to put together. The frame is not as strong as the horizontal bars but it is strong once assembled. I really liked this aspect as I wondered whether I would have to bend a side bar to fit around my gas pipe but it fitted anyway. Love it!
