I bought this last month. The heat level is zero. I try to return it today1 but the staff said I cannot return it. So am stocked with something I can't use. It's so sad.. I am so disappointed at Argos to be honest.

Having checked with the supplier for you I can let you know Sorry this product doesn’t have variable temperature control. Just 1 temperature setting, Max 200°C. We will get the website changed
