Have been using this hair dryer for two weeks and am very pleased with it. The main reason I bought this was it is so much lighter than my previous hair dryer, it is also quieter. The nozzle was quite stiff to begin with but soon eased.

Poor air flow
Got this as our hair dryer broke and needed a new one looking at the reviews I went for this one and usually BaByliss is a good brand this is not one of the for long hair to your shoulders or even thick hair you will be waiting for ever and have sore arms it take way to long the power in the air flow is next to nothing heat is great but the air flow being weak takes it way to long to dry the hair

Ive always used Babyliss. I had my last one one for 10 years unfortunately it burnt out. The hairdryer does all that it says it will. Drys hair quickly, with different heat and speed setting. It's very light to handle.
