Great, but…
Setup was fairly straightforward and usability easy. The camera is great quality and it’s great having the option between the monitor and app. I’m only giving 4 stars because although the app is free, you have to pay a subscription to have more than one user on the app and to access other smart features. There is a lot going on with the “free” app but given the cost of this monitor, seems unreasonable to pay additional charges. The AI smart features aren’t necessarily the best - for example, our baby sleeps on her back with a sleep bag, head to the side but the app registers this as sleeping on her tummy or side sleep. On the other hand, it does give you analytics such as time spent asleep, which is useful. Overall, I’m happy with the camera and handheld screen. However, it lets itself down by limiting features unless paying pre on the app, which is ridiculous given the cost already.

The supplier has advised the following for the Hubble SkyVision AI Pro Smart Baby Monitor:
"The Sky Vision AI Pro camera is designed to be mounted securely using an adjustable crib mount or placed on a flat surface with the desk stand included in the package.
Please note that the camera cannot be clipped onto a pram (stroller) and does not require wall installation. It is meant for indoor use only, positioned either on a crib or a stable surface."
They also confirm that the item’s instructions give full details on the installation in Section 8, which outlines there the correct way to attach and position the camera securely.
