Amazing capacity & able to charge with solar panel
What an amazing product! We bought this for that just in case situation. such So much so not long afterI went straight on to the Argos website to purchase the solar panels that can charge this very power station. All in all we’re very pleased. We are now considering the solar panels for our home that you can just plug into your existing home power socket. Peter from Worthing West Sussex.

The Jackery Explorer E100 Plus Portable Power Station - 99Wh does not have a single fixed runtime. Because it has a 99.2Wh (Watt-hour) battery capacity, how long it works on a single charge depends entirely on the wattage of the device you plug into it.

The supplier has advised for the Jackery Explorer E100 Plus Portable Power Station- 99Wh that this power station can be recharged using three different methods:
1. Mains Electricity: It can be charged using a USB-C cable connected to a suitable wall charger (please note that a wall charger is not included).
2. Solar Charging: It can be charged using a compatible Jackery SolarSaga solar panel, allowing the unit to be recharged outdoors without requiring mains electricity.
3. Car Charging: It can also be charged using a compatible car charging cable connected to a vehicle's 12V cigarette lighter socket; however, the required car charging accessories are sold separately.
This means that during a power cut or when off-grid, you can recharge the power station using a compatible solar panel or car charging setup, without needing access to a mains electricity supply. We would not recommend the Jackery Explorer E100 Plus for powering a CPAP machine overnight.
The E100 Plus has a 99.2Wh battery capacity and does not have a standard AC mains socket, so compatibility would also depend on how your particular CPAP machine is powered.
For overnight CPAP use, we would recommend looking at one of the larger Jackery power stations with an AC output and a higher battery capacity.
We would also recommend checking the power requirements of your specific CPAP model before purchasing to ensure the power station is suitable.

The supplier has advised for the Jackery Explorer E100 Plus Portable Power Station- 99Wh: No - I would not recommend the Jackery Explorer E100 Plus (10515641) as backup power for a medical bed.
The Explorer 100 Plus has only 99.2Wh capacity, and its outputs are USB-C/USB-A, with a maximum combined output of 128W. Jackery's own manual lists no standard 230V AC socket/output.
Most electrically operated medical/care beds use a mains-powered control unit, typically plugged into a normal wall socket. If that's the type of bed in question, it cannot simply be plugged into this Jackery.
For a medical bed during a power cut, I'd look instead for a substantially larger power station with a 230V AC outlet and pure sine-wave output, after checking the bed's power label/manual for its wattage and any startup/peak requirement.
