Had my TV delivered and it was damaged, the TV was bent and had completly destroyed the screen, so had to have it replaced. Thankfully had a replacement sent out next day and they collected the damaged one. Generally happy with the tv, easy to set up and fairly easy to use/navigate. Had to change some settings so it wasn't so bright, so changing to eco mode definately helps.

Good quality but missing BBC iplayer
The TV itself is great, good picture snd sound quality. As of 15th September BBC iPlayer app is not available on this tv so unable to watch terrestrial tv unless via Sky, Now etc. Apparently IPlayer should be available mid September… not a problem for now but if you don’t have a paid for subscriptions then you are left with the Samsung tv plus which is mostly single show channels.

To access the application, please ask the customer to press the Home button on the remote, navigate to Apps, and search for BBC iPlayer within the Samsung App Store. If the application is not already installed, it can be downloaded directly from there.
If BBC iPlayer is not available, we recommend checking that the TV is connected to the internet, the location settings are configured for the UK, and the television software is fully up to date.
