The supplier has advised for the Samsung 50 Inch UE50U7000HKXXU Smart 4K UHD HDR Crystal TV: I can confirm that the Samsung UE50U7000HKXXU supports Smart Hub applications, including BBC iPlayer. To access the application, please ask the customer to press the Home button on the remote, navigate to Apps, and search for BBC iPlayer within the Samsung App Store. If the application is not already installed, it can be downloaded directly from there.
If BBC iPlayer is not available, we recommend checking that the TV is connected to the internet, the location settings are configured for the UK, and the television software is fully up to date.
