The supplier has advised the following for the TEMPUR Original X Large Medium/ Firm Pillow:
"This pillow comes in 3 different sizes, Queen Medium(10/7cm)/Large(11.5/8.5cm)/ X-Large(13/10cm).
The size difference is regarding the lump heigh which supports the neck, and which follows is the flat area for head rest. Please kindly advise the customer to measure the length from the edge of the shoulder to the base of the curvature of the neck, and match this size against the closest fitting pillow height".
