Followed the instructions only to discover that these grips don't have a lot of suction! Doesn't matter what you do they won't stay on any vertical surface longer than 10 minutes before falling off. Not ideal for a product sold as a safety grip.

Really sticks firmly to bathroom tiles. It has an indicator to tell you it is safe to use. Green for safe and if it’s not secured correctly or becomes loose the red indicator shows.

Bought to use in bath after knee surgery.
The handles gave me a way to keep my balance but slipped if you put full weight on them. That said, they helped me access my over bath shower without having to put in permanent handles.
