Very disappointing item
We had to return the item; when we got it home we could see that it was damaged beyond repair. We decided not to replace it because the folding handle is poorly designed and would not last long. It is an essential part of chair for getting it into car

The wheelchair features adjustable, swing-away footrests, which means you can:
Adjust the height of the footrests to suit the user's leg length.
Swing them to the side for easier access when getting in or out of the chair.
However, these footrests are not elevating leg rests, they do not raise the legs to a horizontal or angled position.

I can advise the measurements are at the widest point so this is the width from the outside of the wheel on one side to the other.

Each handle has a quick-release button, which allows for the handle to fold in to the body of the wheelchair. Use a 13mm wrench to tighten the hexagonal bolt directly under the quick-release button. This will stop the handle from popping out unexpectedly.
