Bought for my husband who had MND and was in a separate bedroom. It gave us both peace of mind that he could call for me when necessary.

It's alright. Not great but does the job.
It works and that's the most important thing. It was bought to replace a BT audio monitor which we broke and it is not as good as that. But they no longer sell it. The Vtech has clear audio with decent range. If you're looking g for a budget monitor it's fair. The belt clip is more useful than I thought it would be but it does feel cheap, very light which means the positioning of the power cable makes it want to fall over all the time. Not unhappy but not impressed either.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Vtech DM1111 Audio Baby Monitor: The VTech DM1111 audio monitor is powered via the mains, you do have the option to operate with batteries in order to enable you to move more freely around the house, batteries are not included with this product.
In order to operate with batteries, you will need 2 x AAA batteries.
