Don’t bother!
First time I used the non stick peeled off. Was skeptical anyway so kept it on low heat and only stirred with a wooden spoon. Ruined my dinner. Don’t bother!

"We do not advise using any metal utensils around or inside the wok due to the potential damage it could cause to the non-stick coating."
