I can advise that this pan can be used on an electric glass hob. However they are not suitable an induction hob.

The Home 20cm Non Stick Aluminium Chip Pan has a 3 litre capacity. The oil should fill no more than half of the pan so we would recommend using no more than 1.5 litres.

Yes it is possible to cook frozen battered fish in a chip pan. You would need to make adjustments though in the temperature and volume of the fat/oil you use to account for the fact that you're cooking from frozen not just chilled or fresh. You also need to consider that any water that may come off could increase how much the oil splashes during cooking. There's quite a few online cooking sites that give advice on the best way to cook it and on techniques.
