I've owned this pan for a month or so now and used it at least half a dozen times. I generally cook in a stock pot. It's perfectly functional, being aluminum it heats up and cools down quickly. The metal is fairly thin so if you dropped it, then it may dent so be careful. The handles don't get too hot and the non-stick works well. The non-stick finish is smooth so less likely to clog compared with the ripple non-stick of some pans. I've owned a number of stockpots over the years and I have learned to cook with a soft silicone spoon to avoid damaging the non-stick surface. Hard spoons wear the surface away and I suspect this would happen to this pot as well. A more sturdy pan with a thicker non-stick layer may last longer but will cost three times as much, this is a good value pan.

No sorry this stock pot is not suitable for oven use as the handles etc will melt.
