The Pro Fitness folding workout bench with weight package helps you build strength at home. It's designed for upper and lower body workouts. Pretty good and great value
pretty good, I got it in a £100 off deal which actually makes it really good, top value, totally usable and eacy to assemble, great starter set up, quality decent, stable. Folding is a bit of a faff but that just nature of these things, they aint small. Very impressed so far

Have had this home gym before , a few years ago, so knew what I was buying. I was very pleased with it the first time around. Recently left my gym and decided to set up a home gym. With 50kg of weights, a bench, bar, and dumbells plus preacher and leg exercises, there is enough to organise a daily workout. Luckily I picked the right day to order and there was a very decent discount on this product, plus free delivery, which came early on a Sunday morning, as asked for. The driver (Mike) was very friendly and helpful and kept me informed of delivery time. Three boxes were heavy, but he brought them inside my property with a smile. Putting together the gym, is I feel, a two person job, I was helped by my daughter, probably took an hour. Just need a couple of spanners and an Allen key. Very happy with my home gym, probably not for the "big lad's of the gym", but very useful for keeping fit and strong.

Overall, value for money. Ideal for beginners
Brought this around a month ago, easy enough to assemble, its ideal for beginners or intermediate, bench isnt the greatest size. Im 5ft 8in so just about comfortable enough for me. Not iron cast weights which would've been better. Im happy enough with it but will upgrade at a later date.
