While the adjustable height bar keeps you in an ideal position through the workout. And it includes a 50kg weight set. When done, just fold away for easy storage.

Good quality bench except for the bar which is bad
Bench itself is fine. Some quality issues with stitching on the preacher rest and seat underneath but not major flaws. The included bar is awful though and brings the package down a notch. Absolutely no grip on bar which slides easily when resting with weights on it. It’s way too slippery and very lightweight. Fixes together with a hex nut and creaks when I’m benching less than 50kg. Doesn’t fill you with confidence at all. Had they improved quality of the bar I’d have still given it five stars despite stitching.

The user weigh is 110kgs and the max wight you can then lift is 50Kgs, this would mean the max weight it can hold over all is around 160kgs. Please do not exceed the 50Kgs of additional weight that this is rated for, as this will void the warranty.
