I found this product useful and easy to use. It is also affordable, lightweight and easy to store. Only downsides are that it is quite noisy, suction ok but could be better and battery doesn’t last all that long. Not bad for the price and for what it is and would still recommend.

Handy portable vacuum
I bought this as its the wet and dry version. Happy with it. Charges up quickly and picks up well. It is quite noisy though.

Great wee vacuum
Bought for cleaning the car and small messes that bringing out the big vacuum didn't make sense for. It's been fantastic, made cleaning up food messes or bits of chewed up toys from our dog. Charges quickly and the charging port can be wall mounted if you'd like, works fine without being mounted and doesn't go on or off while charging.

I would buy again.
I bought this Black & Decker Wet & Dry vac to replace one I had used for a couple or 4 years, when it died I missed the convenience of a handheld vac. It's really good, great wet or dry, does the job. I used it for the stairs, cleaning up spills after messy crafts, cooking, and snacks with the grandchildren. Wall mounted base charger, Charge lasts a far while. Its only down point is , the button doesn't stay on, it's press and hold, which is okay for the small stuff, hurts after a while doing the stairs. I would buy again, especially if a newer model had the on off rather than hold down button.

The Black & Decker website states for the Black+Decker Wet and Dry Cordless Handheld Vacuum Cleaner:
Because this vac can vacuum liquids its ideal for using in humid areas, such as bathrooms or kitchens.so should be able to pick up condensation and water on tiles however this may leave a small residue as it is not a dedicated window vacuum cleaner.

Having checked I can see you do need to use the filter that is supplied with the vacuum. There is a cloth bag filter for dry vacuuming and a sponge filter for wet vacuuming.
