Best adaptor I tried so far
I bought these adaptors a couple of weeks ago and they are the best I've tried in the UK (living here for 4 years so far). They are not those bad quality ones you find at some convience stores.

Yes, the adaptor doesn't require the plug being inserted into it to have an Earth pin as the socket safety shutter moves aside from the pressure of the Live and Neutral pins being inserted (sometimes a little rocking up and down may be required to persuade the cover to begin moving).

A quick internet search shows that the Cayman Islands use a combination of type A (un-Earthed) and type B (Earthed) standard US sockets, neither of which can accept this UK plug pin style adaptor.

The Masterplug Visitor to UK Travel Adaptor - 3 Pack are specifically for use in the UK in three pin plug sockets. Morocco uses type C and E two pin plug sockets.

According to our technical information the TAVUK adaptors (our code for these models) are compatible with Type C (unearthed European) plugs but _not_ the Type E or F (Earthed) Schuko plugs.

Realistically it is unlikely that current type D plugs (which is what India uses mostly) will fit the universal adaptor due to the common diameter of the Earth pin being a little too large.
You will need to speak to the store directly to confirm whether the adaptor will be accepted back, a the manufacturers of it we cannot speak for this.
