Enough firmness for a side sleeper.
I bought this pillow in the hope it would give me more support than the numerous other pillows I've tried and I'm pleased to say it has, I could feel the difference in firmness straight away it did take me a little time on the first night to find the best position for my head and neck but once found my neck has improved pain wise night after night and I'm now getting a full night's sleep, at the moment the pillow is keeping its shape time will tell if that continues.

Doing the job nicely
The pillows are lovely and soft but seem to be doing the job of supporting my neck. Fingers crossed they will help towards my neck problems and I’ll get a better nights sleep. Good price and quality feels fine.

perfect for medium or hard pillow preference
I have a orthopedic mattress from Argos and i am very pleased, this is a orthopedic pillow and gave it a try. it's perfect for keeping neck support, and comfortable as well.its a bit pricey, but cheaper ones tend to be floppy and hurt the neck .you soon regret buying them, this should last .

Definitely firm.
Used for 4 nights and my neck pain has gone. I find the pillow quite hard which no doubt I'll get used to over time.
