Great for side sleepers
I’m a side sleeper and struggle to find the right pillow but this one’s just right. I had a Simba ‘height adjustable’ one for years which was very good but I bought their new version of it last year (the old one was done) and the changes they’d made to the filling meant it wasn’t for me. Back to sore necks and buying lots of pillows. This one has a block of light foam in the core which means it doesn’t deflate or squish down overnight. It’s not a dense memory foam, so light and breathable. I worried the foam core was a little firm at first, and that I would have a sore ear in the morning, but it’s been fine (2 weeks now). I like that it takes a standard pillow case and the price is great (my old Simba was £150!). I’m 5ft 1 and sleep on quite a soft mattress.

I was having trouble with neck pain. Now know it’s arthritis. Someone suggested this pillow. I was not too impressed when I opened wrapper, but wow, it’s very comfortable to sleep on, and my neck pain has decreased a lot.
