Game changer!
Very happy with the support pillow. I suffer with a bad neck and as a result I get stiffness in my back and shoulders. The pillow helps immensely, meaning that I can get a good night's sleep and not wake up with aches and pains.

Silent night orthopaedic medium support pillow
Great support and alignment, very comfortable. Breathability and resilience in this pillow. Bought this when I had a stiff neck and shoulder, good for a side sleeper like me. I would recommend this pillow for support and comfort, doesn't go flat and lumpy.

Brilliant!
Migraine sufferer so getting pillows right is a minefield. This one is perfect. Feels soft but whe you put your head down there’s a firmness underneath. So my head likes the firmness but my neck likes the soft. It’s the best of both worlds

Good buy to try out an orthopaedic pillow!
I bought this for my partner who is a side sleeper and gets neck ache. I didn't want to risk overspending on the chance the pillow didn't help, so I thought this was a good option. I read the packaging and it does say to use 2 pillows if you're a side sleeper as it was more of a medium firmness product. And I was drawn to the orthopaedic title of the product. I mentioned this to my partner, but he is very happy so far with the product and just using a single pillow.

The supplier has advised of the following for the Silentnight Orthopaedic Medium Support Pillow. It contains 2 fabrics/materials and the details relating to each of these is given below:
"The foam meets the requirements of Schedule 1 Part 1 of the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988 (as amended) S.I. No. 1324.
The hollowfibre is tested to BS5852- Part 2: 1982 (Ignition source 2) as modified by Schedule 2 Part 1 of the Furniture & Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations 1988 (As Amended)."
