Rotates freely
I bought this rotary drier a couple of weeks ago but I have only just had it planted!!!! Delighted with the dryer and surprised how much washing I can fit onto it. The rotary drier replaces my washing line.

strong and sturdy
Worth paying a little extra for this wonderful rotary dryer and ground spike. Easy to set up, including setting spike into the ground. It stays firmly upright to let washing spin around in the breeze. Great quality and the actual line is pale grey so blends in well with all types of backgrounds eg walls, bushes, trees, sheds etc. Very pleased with my purchase.

Great Dryer
So good our last one was stolen from our garden! Works well and plenty of space on it. Could maybe have a steeper angle on the arms to give greater separation of clothes and easier access to the sections nearer the pole.

Very solidly built
It is well made but rather high ( I'm only 5ft 5in) so I would like to lower it down a little.

No height adjustment
After much thought I purchased this rotary line. Good quality, easy to fit. On the negative side it does not have adjustable height and at 5'8 I find I am stretching up to hang the washing. Take this into consideration if your shorter.

Delighted
I bought this a few weeks ago, and delighted, although it seemed a bit expensive at the time, the quality is far superior to my previous dryer, only time will tell how well it wears, but so far so good

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!
I have had mine a year or so and absolutely love it. Here in The part of NC USA where I live we have fairly mild weather. I am 68 and grew up hanging clothes on the clothesline. The fragrance of sunshine-dried clothes cannot be matched; and takes me back to my childhood when life was simpler and carefree. The added bonus is that the air and sunshine are still free so I save on electrical bill by not running dryer very often. I heartily recommend the Brabantia brand and will look to make other purchases as I replace household goods. 5 stars in every category.

Sturdy and well constructed 40M Topspinner dryer
I have just installed the 40M 4 arm Top-spinner Dryer using the heavy duty, very stout ground spike included. First impressions are that it is a very solid and well built product. The spike is similarly so, though many will find it difficult to drive into their lawn. This task is very much easier in wet winter ground and of course a fairly large hammer and old piece of fence post to protect the top are essential aids. One disappointing feature however is that Brabantia's claim to easily spin is rather a hollow claim. The design is such that the arms rotate against the green catch upon which the dryer rests when raised up and clicks into position. Even without loading with washing, the friction is such that the whole post rotates in the ground socket! The rotating feature it seem is more down to accident than design!
