Although these scales are primarily designed for weighing people, they can also be used to weigh luggage, provided the suitcase does not exceed the maximum capacity of 150kg (23st 9lb). For larger suitcases, it may be easier to weigh yourself first, then weigh yourself while holding the suitcase and subtract the difference to determine the luggage weight. For best results, always use the scales on a hard, flat surface.

To replace the battery in these Argos Home Digital Bathroom Scales - Grey please follow the steps below:
1. Unscrew the battery cover, then unclip the battery cover and remove the old battery
2. Insert the new battery, making sure the positive side is placed upwards
3, Refit the battery cover on the battery compartment and then tighten the screw
