Johnstone's Gentle Willow Garden Colour is a fade resistant, smooth and rich coloured paint for exterior wood. The easy to apply formulation provides beautiful, long lasting colour without losing the natural grain of the wood. Colours and protects most types of garden wood including sheds, fences, garden furniture and summer houses.
It can be used in paint sprayer.

I’d say it’s a bit lighter and slightly different shade. I think the NT green is a darker green...

Thanks for getting in touch about the Johnstone's Garden Paint 2.5 Litre - Gentle Willow.
You would need to remove this algae coating as the paint would very likely not be able to adhere to the wood correctly and it may limit the lifespan and effectiveness of the paint.
It could perhaps also need some form of suitable treatment prior to painting over it Without being able to see the shed, I cannot give accurate advice. I'd speak with a professional on the best course of action to remove and/or treat the algae prior to then painting the shed.

I would advise that this Johnstone's Garden Paint 2.5 Litre - Gentle Willow is paint for exterior wood only.
We do have Masonry paint which would indeed be suitable for concrete - please see links below:-

According to our Supplier's website they advise to apply thin, even coats which should cover light brown fine.
For a bolder colour, additional coats may be required.
