The best epilator i had so far !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really impressed with the Philips Epilator Series 9000 (BRE718/00). It delivers powerful yet gentle hair removal and leaves my skin incredibly smooth for weeks. The device easily removes even very short hairs, which means I don’t have to wait long between treatments. One of my favourite features is the built-in LED light, which helps spot fine hairs so nothing gets missed. The ProGuide technology keeps the device at the optimal angle, making epilation more comfortable and effective.  The epilator is 100% waterproof, so I can use it in the shower or on dry skin depending on what feels best. The cordless design and long battery life (about 60 minutes) make it very convenient and easy to handle.  I also appreciate the extra attachments like the shaving head, trimming comb, and exfoliation brush, which make it a versatile all-in-one body care tool. It feels well built, comfortable to hold, and perfect for maintaining smooth skin at home. Fantastic device for long lasting hair removal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was lucky enough to be chosen to test this product in exchange for a review and this is my honest review. This device is fantastic! It has made such a big difference and I haven't touched my razor since I got it. I am living a much less hairy life and loving every second! My favourite attachment is the standard epilator head. I used it with the guard for the first use which was helpful while getting used to it but I now prefer to use without it to get over all the lumps and bumps on my legs and over my knobbly knees. The light is brilliant and really does help you to see any stray hairs you may have missed. The first time I used it I found the pain levels initially quite unpleasant. However, it's nothing like that now as I can easily maintain smooth legs and there is never that much hair to remove. My legs are smooth for days compared to when I shaved them I could feel stubble almost immediately. It's been brilliant for under arms too and that was way less painful than anticipated. I haven't had any irritation and just moisturize after I'm finished and apply deodorant straight away. My skin is fairly hardy though so if you're sensitive do be careful. This device can be used in the shower as well as out. My preference is to use it when I'm just out of the shower so I can sit on my bed to use it but it's great that it is waterproof for shower use. The bikini trimmer and shaving head are great and do the job brilliantly. I haven't had any nicks or cuts from any of the attachments. The body brush and pedicure attachments work surprisingly well! My feet were so soft after I used the pedicure attachment so I was super pleased that this set came with it. I use the brush as a dry brush for before I shower and it does a really effective job of preparing my skin for epilating. It is the same attachment for these two parts - just pull off the brush or pedicure attachment and push on the other one. It charges fairly quickly and I'm able to use it about 6 times before the light shows it needs charging again and I am using multiple attachments each time so I am very pleased with battery life. It's easy to clean and comes with a little brush to help keep the heads clean. I like that it comes with a pouch for storing all the parts and they do all fit in the bag easily. Also happy to report that I no longer have shaving rash which I always had before. My legs are infinitely more smooth and that smoothness lasts way longer than when I shaved. I don't think they suggest this epilator is for anywhere other than the body, but I have found it very effective for grabbing those annoying chin hairs that peri-menopause has gifted me with. I am thrilled with this device and would highly recommend. Don't be put off after the first use. That's the worst it'll be!

Good bye razors

It removes even short hair efficiently and leaves my skin smooth for weeks. One thing I immediately noticed is that it’s less painful compared to the other epilator I was using before, which made the experience much more comfortable and easier to continue regularly. Another big plus is the battery timing. It lasts quite long on a single charge, which makes it convenient for full-body use without worrying about recharging in between. The cordless feature also makes it easy to handle and use anywhere. Suggestions for Improvement: Since this epilator is definitely an investment for years, I think it should come with a storage bag or purse. A proper bag would help keep it safe, clean, and organized, especially for travel or long-term storage. It would also be great if future versions offer even longer battery timing for added convenience. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this product and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and effective epilator.

Smooth outstanding action

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From the first impressions of the subtle lilac tones of the packaging to the ergonomically designed epilator itself, this impresses me no end. Open opening you're greeted by a gorgeous lilac insert and then after that the product itself. It's sleek and lightweight, already a good start. The little section next to the epilator contains the extra accessories and heads for the product. All have their own small bags to protect from any damage and all are non bulky. The charging cable is as expected and suitable for USB ports and USB plugs. First use i went for the epilator, with hair growth relatively short just over 0.5mm, the epilator had absolutely no problem at all plucking. It's got great balance in the hand, a handy light to see hairs you may miss and most importantly it's painless. It also features an added extra or a pro guide to stretch and keep skin taught but that wasn't necessary for myself. Having tried other epilators before this is the best I've tried yet. I was very surprised at the ease in which it handled the job. When i decided to try the shaving head for under the arms....wow is all I can say, like butter. Honestly didn't even know it had done it's job as it was ridiculously smooth and no iritation on the skin, no matter the direction of it, I had to look in the mirror to double check. The bikini trimmer is also very smooth and no snagging occurred which is obviously great for the sensitive bikini line. The trimmer also has a guard aswell as the shaving head. The pedicure head is small but powerful, looking at it I doubted it would do much for my heels and soles but it certainly did make a difference that I could feel and see. The price is a little high,however, for all the features and just for being so smooth and painless I would recommend it. It makes me look forward to looking after myself and feels like a little bit of luxury.

An epilator convert!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hadn’t used an epilator for many years. It used to feel so painful and you had to made sure you had longer hair for it to work properly. However with the Philips 9000 I was able to achieve smooth legs with minimal discomfort and it worked on short hairs as well. As you can use it in the shower the hair follicles are able to be removed with much less irritation. I used the exfoliating attachment a few days before I wanted to epilate which meant I have hardly any ingrown hairs as I would have expected with epilating after a week or so. The device charges quickly and as it has over an hour battery charge and I haven’t needed to keep recharging. The fact that it is cordless and so lightweight means I can easily epilate my underarms, legs and bikini line. I would highly recommend this product, if you’ve been put off by painful epilating experiences from years ago this really isn’t the case any more. The Philips 9000 has left my legs smooth and I can easily top up any patches I missed or shorter hairs. It comes in a handy bag for storage and all packaging for cardboard to be recycled which I really liked. Overall this is a fantastic, easy to use to epilator and now I need never to use a razor again!

Mini Spa at home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a fantastic product, Philips didn’t let down once again! It is like a mini Spa at home! It is not just an epilator, but so much more! You also get a shaving, exfoliation, trimming head and a pedicure file. The epilator is just the right size and feels very steady in your hand. You can use it dry or wet. Also there is a light which helps to spot even the shortest hair. It can be a bit painful at first, but it gets better with every use. I would definitely recommend it!

Excellent Epilator

Amazingly Smooth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am completely obsessed with this epilator which i received for free from Phillips to test in exchange for my honest review. This epilator is leaps and bounds beyond the old epilator i was using before. I can actually use this epilator for my legs, underarms and even my bikini area. The epilator comes with 2 attachments; normal and smoothing. The normal attachment has a light that works best in areas such as underarms and bikini line. The smoothing attachment is amazing and really lights up with 2 lights to show the area youre epilating. The epilator is amazing. You actually see your hair flying out. Its also quite painless, especially with the smoothing attachment. I am a regular epilator user, but i found this device to be much more pain free and simple to use in comparison to my old model. It is also wire free, which is a huge bonus and makes hair removal simple. The results are fantastic after use. I have noticed no real hair growth for up to 4 weeks!! I am amazed and i have free'd up so much extra time in my beauty routine, thanks to this product. Overall, I highly recommend this product to those of you who are hoping to simplify your hair removal and step up your beauty routine. The device is great to look at and even better to use.

Loved it so useful easy use it not just for hair

The different heads make it great for all body hair even in those sensitive areas. It was great for the bikini area as has trimmer guide to get a great shape.
